Scalar wave technology, the knowledge of which lies mainly outside of the scope of 'traditional' science, can cause a wide spectrum of effects unknown to the disinformed species of mankind, all of whom are onthe brink of experiencing its extremely fierce and exotic effects.
Many of us have experienced unusual phenomena for which reference is lacking in common and publically accessible information sources. Observations of thunder-like flashes without a clap, fierce and sudden mood swings, birds falling from the skies in mid flight without any apparent cause, mutations in animals (like giant frogs), bizarre cloud formations, UFO sightings etcetera.
